i lost the love of my life.
His spirit wanted to stay, and he fought really hard but his body couldn’t take anymore.
He tried waiting for me and i only missed him by moments.
i craddled him in my arms for hours
i wanted never to leave him

I'm so sorry you've lost your little boy.
This brings tears to my eyes, I am so sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine if anything happened to one of my dogs, there is nothing that can replace that special bond we share with our pets.

We have lost dearly loved cats, so I can understand how you feel. It’ll take time, but in the end you will find comfort in the happy memories you shared – they can never be taken from you.

So sorry to hear about your loss Patricia you had wonderful 18 years together and collected a lot of precious memories and with time they will console your heart.
Aw, I know the heartbreak of losing (dogs). And quite soon to be, cats – age 13 and 14. My thoughts are with you, Pat. It’s very easy for some to belittle the demise of an animal. But those of us who know the real sentience and spirit of a close pet, know better.

Oh I am so sorry for your loss Patricia and completely understand the measure of love you feel for your bundle of fluff. He will be missed terribly. I have my own bundle of joy – Sparkie the wonder dog, who is currently asleep on my bed. For such a small dog he has a big personality and is an integral part of our family. So I understand the importance of Bu to you and genuinely feel for you. Take care of yourself. Love Sooz xox
Hi Patricia, The price we pay for having such lovely companions for so many years…is the sadness we feel when they die. They are family members aren’t they? Take comfort that he had a happy life in a loving home, so many animals never have that. I firmly believe animals/pets pass over into the world of spirit and we will all be reunited again. My beloved Smokey wandered away from home and never came back. She was 17 and I had grown up with a beautiful grey and white ball of fun. I called out every evening for weeks her name but she never appeared and through time the sense of loss and feline emptiness eased. I send you my memory with hope and that happy memories of Buffy never fade.

Awww...Perugina, I'm SO sorry for the loss of your Bu. It's gut wrenching to lose a beloved pet. I lost my cat, Raven a few years ago and I still miss her. I kept thinking I saw her out of the corner of my eye for a long time. I'll bet you'll experience the same. You'll always miss him but time will leave you with many good memories.
i have been trying to write to you for several weeks now about this patricia. every time i do i get a lump in my throat.
my heart is heavy for you loss and i hope you find your way back to us all soon.
