I did paint a Ballerina in acrylics on stretched canvas called

La Francesina

a while ago now

and have had this series in mind

to paint in watercolours

soon after its completion.

this evening I completed her.

meaning

"The First Ballerina"

This one was good to paint as I hid her hands in all the tulle... phew... didn't have to go there...

but...

How long can I avoid painting this difficult human part... those... and eyes?
